The save X5A 50mm mSATA is a mini-pcie with a SATAIII (6.0Gb/ s) interface and a solid-state drive. Using MLC or SLC NAND flash memory chips as storage media, provides high performance and reliability in harsh environments such as wide temperature, shock, vibration, dust, and so on. The X5A mSATA solid-state drive conforms to JEDEC mo-300 industry standard and supports wide temperature operation, power loss protection and overvoltage and overcurrent protection. Its excellent stability and durability, can be widely used in various embedded applications.
