◐ Adopt hyperbolical surface design to provide high reliability from the electric and mechanical characteristics
◐ Reduce the contact resistance by 50% compared to conventional gold-finger connector
◐ Wire basket design with 360°excellent contact under heavy shock
◐ Contacts perform up to 100,000 insertion/ extraction
◐ Provide 50μ gold-plated for all contact surface
◐ provide superior signal integrity
◐ Shock: 100g, vibration: 30g
◐ Operation temperature of Connector: -55°C to +125°C

Strong Buffer Design of Rugged SATA Connector

The angle of the socket wires allows tight control of the Pin insertion and extraction forces. The spring wires are smoothly defective to make line contact with the Pin. The rugged connector with particular buffer structure between the connector and the PCB. Each Pin is designed with a spherical at the bottom, to ensure rotation at the same angle and maximize the buffer effect in face of strong shock and vibration.

Double Sleeve Design of Female Connector of Rugged SATA Connector

High Reliability of Rugged SATA Connector, industrial SSD, rugged SSD

The shape of the female connector is designed with double sleeves and contact wires, which allows it easy to insert/extract and minimizes wear on the contact surfaces. The spring wires extend the contact area to 360 degrees around the pin and are uniform over its entire length, providing unmatched stability in demanding environments when failure is not an option.
