Test Purpose:
Evaluate whether the functions are reliable in different voltage and temperature condition.
1.Operation Voltage (+/- 10%) and Temperature (Temp. =80℃/170℃)
Testing Equipment:
◇Renice SSD
◇Flash : Samsung K9HCG08U1M-PCBO * 16     (128GB)
◇Pass/Fail Criterion: SDSTRESS + Winthrax by 1 HOUR for every item

◇Chamber
◇85℃ ~ -40℃ cyclic test, one cycle is 5 hrs and run 10 cycle. Total testing time is 50 hrs
